Our family oriented and culturally diverse community boasts a lifestyle of cultural, recreational and educational activities, a low crime rate and superior public service. Yavapai Regional Medical Center is ranked #2 in Northern Arizona and #6 in the state by U.S. News & World Report. For the last nine years, Mountain Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital has been in the top 10% of inpatient rehabilitation facilities in the country by the Uniform Data System for Medical Rehabilitation (UDSMR). We are only 10 minutes from the Prescott National Forest, lakes, fishing, hiking, camping and many more outdoor activities.
We offer comfortable neighborhoods with affordable housing and modern infrastructure. We also enjoy a mild year-round climate with four distinct and equally pleasant seasons.
The downtown and Entertainment District offers many restaurants, Harkins Theaters, shopping and other entertainment venues. It also is the location of the Prescott Valley Event Center which is a 6,000 seat venue and home of the NBA Development League’s Northern Arizona Suns.

Prescott Valley is perfectly positioned to access many popular and beautiful destinations around the state. An hour’s drive south is the Phoenix metro area with its shopping, deserts, and lakes, north is Flagstaff with its snowcapped mountains and ski slopes, and east is Sedona with its massive red-rock formations.
Our culturally diverse population has many sources of leisure and community involvement. The Department of Parks and Recreation maintains hundreds of acres of parks and open spaces. For a schedule of events click here.
#PrescottValley also offers a number of private and public schools for all ages. You may choose from AdvancED accredited public schools in Humboldt Unified School District, several college prep institutions, one of our many charter schools, or attend one of four higher education institutions. On the #economic front, Prescott Valley has experienced six straight years of record sales, and FY 2017-2018 will follow that trend. Companies such as Tractor Supply Co., Little Dealer Little Prices, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Walmart, Sprouts Farmers Market, TJ Maxx, Goodwill Superstore, Ross, Ulta Beauty, Dutch Brothers Coffee, Native Grill & Wings, and La-Z-Boy have opened their doors in Prescott Valley. This trend is expected to continue over the next 18 months or more.
